Built in 2004, our 30 apartments and 12 connected cottages are certified for both independent and assisted living. This allows residents to live independently until the time they need assistance. If the time comes where you are in need of assistance, we come right to you with our 24 hour licensed staff.

The Gardens Memory Support Assisted Living

In our gardens neighborhood, the focus is fostering an environment of habilitation, autonomy, choice and belonging in a setting where individuals can be their authentic selves. Our wellness staff nurtures the abilities, needs, and interests of each resident through an individual service plan the creates a holistic approach of body, mind, and spirit to fulfill a life of dignity. We offer a family support group for those living with loved ones with Alzheimer and dementia.

Residential Care

Rockridge was founded in 1971 by the late Elmo and Violette Young as a rest home. Also called Residential Care, it features 46 private suites, all with private bathrooms. Residents enjoy three home cooked meals a day that feature local produce, medication management, cultural arts schedule. Financial assistance is also available to residents.

Violette's Crossing

Rockridge has residences set aside for persons of age 62 and better with moderate incomes. Violette's Crossing features 25 independent living one and two bedroom apartments. The apartments are located on the second and third floor of the building. Residents have access to a number of amenities including meals in the Cafe with an emphasis on local produce, activities, onsite salon, a parking space and private entrance, and onsite staff available for emergencies.
